Provides remote support to customers on both commercial and technical matters
Prepares and issues commercial quotations to customers, collaborating with Area Sales Managers and sales agents where applicable
Supports customers during pre-sales activities through to order receipt and assists them in identifying the most suitable technical product requirements
Supports the Area Sales Manager in the continuous update and maintenance of the customer database (CRM)
Monitors quotations and ensures appropriate follow-up activities are carried out
Clarifies technical aspects of orders with internal sales specialists and aligns with the Customer Sales Team Leader on pricing, discounts, and margin-related matters
Maintains regular contact with WIKA production units to optimize the quotation process, including the opening of Internal Requests when required
Supports Area SalesManagers in continuously updating the customer database with information related to prices, discounts, customer master data, product master data, and guidelines
Your profile
Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience
English (written and oral)
B2 level as a minimum
Having an aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features
Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues
Written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements
Knowledge of Process and Automation Instrumentation and its Applications is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
