Financial Controller – Italy Milan, Italy (Hybrid) About ERM ERM is the world's largest specialist sustainability consultancy, helping leading organizations navigate complex sustainability challenges and create long-term value.
As part of our Finance Transformation and new Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our Italy Finance team.
This is a key leadership role within the Financial Controllership function, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and a robust controls environment for ERM's Italian legal entities.
The Role The Financial Controller acts as the primary owner of the local financial control framework and statutory reporting processes.
Working closely with the Global Delivery Centre (GDC), external auditors, tax advisors, business leaders, and regional finance teams, you will ensure compliance with Italian accounting and regulatory requirements while providing valuable financial insight and governance.
