Se il suo profilo è in linea, invii la sua candidatura.Employment Type: Permanent / Full-TimeIndustry: Data Centre ConstructionSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceStart Date: ASAP / FlexibleThe OpportunityWe are currently working with a leading data centre developer seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager to support the development of a large-scale data centre campus in Milan, Italy.This is an opportunity to join a major development programme at an early stage, taking responsibility for construction delivery and helping establish the local project team.The successful candidate will play a key leadership role throughout the development of the campus, with an initial project duration of 2–3 years and further expansion projects planned.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee construction activities across a large-scale data centre development.Support pre-construction activities, including design coordination, planning and construction readiness.Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.Oversee project schedules, budgets,
quality standards and construction progress.Coordinate with international stakeholders and local project teams.Support permitting processes and liaise with relevant Italian authorities.Monitor project risks, resources and delivery milestones.Ensure construction activities align with project objectives, technical specifications and programme requirements.Support the development and leadership of the local construction management team.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Construction Project Manager or similar.Strong background in large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre sector.Good understanding of data centre infrastructure, technical systems and design principles.Previous experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex construction programmes.Strong understanding of project controls, including cost, schedule, quality and resource management.Experience supporting projects through pre-construction and construction phases.Knowledge of Italian construction regulations, permitting and local authorities.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.Fluent Italian and English are essential. xysqume Must be based in Italy, ideally Milan or the surrounding region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
