Role Description This full-time remote Web3 / Crypto Product Manager role focuses on defining, delivering, and iterating blockchain-based products and features.

The Product

Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate user needs into clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and manage end-to-end product lifecycles. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing on-chain and product analytics, writing detailed specifications and user stories, and coordinating product launches. The role also involves stakeholder communication, alignment on product roadmap and KPIs, risk assessment in decentralized and regulatory contexts, and continuous optimization based on user feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

You will own a piece of the product and take it from “we should” to something people actually use.

That piece might be onboarding, a trading screen, a wallet flow, earn,



referrals — whatever we put on you. You talk to users and to support. You write down what we are building and what we are not. You sit with design and engineering until it ships. After launch you look at whether people finished the flow, where they dropped, and what to fix next.

The job is choices. One thing this week, not ten. A short spec. A clear launch. A number you watch after. You work with growth, community, and BD so the thing you shipped can be explained in a chat, not only in Figma.

We want someone who has already launched something and stayed for the messy week after. Crypto, fintech, exchange, or a live consumer product — if you owned a flow, that counts. You explain simply. You cut scope. You do not hide in a 40-slide roadmap.
