About The Role
The primary function for the Industrial Engineer is to maintain and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production activities.
You will report to the Industrial Engineer Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards;
Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency;
Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance;
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning;
Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Technical High school or Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline;
2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments;
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP;
Knowledge of manufacturing cycles;
Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).

The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €****** to €******.
