Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Inside Sales Specialist will be part of a sales team and will support Field Sales Reps in managing customers and planning visits. This role covers different Dusiness Divisions: Laboratory, Industry, Process Analytics.
The candidate will report to the Sales Manager and will be part of the Sales Team.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
Supporting the Sales Team to contact customers and planning visits
Preparing and following up on the offers
Helping the Sales Team with pipeline in order to manage overdues and opportunities
Managing leads from MKTG with the Sales team
What You Need to Succeed
High School Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent related experience
At least 3 years of experience as sales support working in a Sales Team
Good level of English and knowledge of main Windows Office programs
Ability to work in a team and customers oriented attitude
- Based in Milan, possibility of remote working
