Data Management & Infrastructure ManagerAs Data Management & Infrastructure Manager, you will own the country data foundation and deliver a single, trusted view of critical data across sources. You will govern ingestion, transformation, and master data management in line with enterprise standards, coordinating data flows to support analytics readiness. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global data governance, privacy, and AI ethics requirements while promoting sustainable data solutions. Your role drives data quality, reporting readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across the product lifecycle, enabling country-priority analytics and AI use cases. and AI ethics requirementsImplement and improve data quality controls and resolve data issuesSupport data privacy and access models in line with standardsMaintain data layer for reporting, dashboards, analytics, and AI/GenAI use casesPerform data validation and root-cause analysis for anomaliesEnable analytics and AI use cases by ensuring data readiness for pilots and scaleUniversity degree in Business, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field5+ years of experience in data architecture, MDM, or enterprise data strategyExperience as a Data xysqume Product Owner with requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and cross-functional deliveryStrong knowledge of pharma data domains and regulatory environmentAbility to drive data strategy, enable new datasets, and deliver automation and change managementExpertise in SQL and data management; knowledge of Python or R; knowledge of data governance/quality toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, consulting, and stakeholder-influencing skillsEnglish required, Italian preferred; strong ethical and leadership mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
