Makeup Formulation Engineer – Romanengo (CR)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing new formulations that meet marketing and/or client briefs (Powder, Foundation, Concealer, Mascara, etc.).
Improving existing formulas.
Developing new shades.
Monitoring physico-chemical controls and packaging compatibility.
Conducting technological watch and trend analysis.
Assisting with industrial transposition.
Contributing to daily laboratory operations.
Participating in supplier meetings and industry trade shows.
Profile
Minimum Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in cosmetic formulation.
Proven Experience In Cosmetic Formulation Is Essential.
Curious, autonomous, and creative, with a passion for innovation and emerging beauty trends.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Availability for occasional international travel (trade fairs, supplier meetings, etc.).
