Very large international accounts remain under the responsibility of Global Account Managers.Global account rollout - Deploy framework agreements signed by Global Account Managers across local sites, including planning, onboarding, local team training,
compliance and adoption monitoring.Account strategy execution - Execute the account strategy defined by the Global Account Manager, including the offer, commercial terms and rollout sequence, without redefining those terms.Field reporting - Share customer satisfaction signals, blockers and local upsell opportunities with the Global Account Manager to strengthen the global account strategy.Business Unit development - Use your field experience to improve sales processes, CRM practices and the performance KPIs of this growing Business Unit.Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with Technical Presales teams to secure the successful implementation of Andy, Rmoni and Adoria at every site.Who you areWe're looking for someone who can actively contribute to ePackPro's mission and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and performance?driven environment.
You'll recognize yourself if you demonstrate, among other things:Sales experience: Minimum five years of account management experience, with a proven track record managing medium to long sales cycles of 6 to 24 months involving multiple stakeholders.Industry knowledge - Professional experience in the Hospitality sector, including Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes.Deployment experience - Project management or multi-site rollout experience is highly valued, including operational implementation and field training.
