M&A Intern

The M&A; Intern will support the M&A; team in originating and executing M&A; transactions on the Italian market. The M&A; Intern will be actively involved in the origination and execution of M&A; transactions within the Italian market, for both Italian and international clients. He/she will work in coordination with both Milan and Paris based professionals as part of an international team.

The M&A; Intern will support the team members and his/her responsibilities will mainly cover the following activities:

- Assist the other members of the team in the origination and execution of M&A; transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to support marketing and execution initiatives
- Press monitoring and initial development of marketing ideas




- Supporting the execution of M&A; transactions under the supervision of other team members
- Prepare financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Assistance in the preparation of transaction marketing documents (information memoranda and management presentations) and pitch-books.

When required, the Intern will also be asked to attend client meetings in the context of the activities performed.

He/she will improve his/her knowledge of how to perform market and financial analysis, financial models and prepare effective presentations to clients and CA-CIB bankers.
