Responsabilità * Lead end-to-end digital IoT solution engineering and technology strategy * Drive development and delivery of complex digital IoT solutions across hybrid cloud and edge * Spearhead AI and agentic AI transformation in software processes and offerings * Lead and develop a high-performing engineering leadership team across cloud, edge, analytics,
cybersecurity * Own cybersecurity as a core function and embed secure-by-design throughout development * Establish agile delivery governance, metrics, and quality standards with balanced innovation and debt management * Foster cross-functional alignment with product management, architecture, operations, and stakeholders * Promote an innovation-driven engineering culture supporting scaling, talent development, and R&D; transformation Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field * Significant leadership in digital solution engineering, software R&D;, or IoT product development with multidisciplinary teams * Hands-on Azure cloud experience and delivering complex digital products across hybrid environments * Proven success leading AI transformations in software development and integrating AI into customer offerings * Strong business acume
