He/she has a very good and deep knowledge of IT systems that are best of breed to support the business process execution.
He/she deploys this solution as specific project or support the IT Center of Excellence Manager in identifying and deploying projects or part of the projects thanks to the very good knowledge of both IT tools and business processes.
He/she works on analysis and implementation of Applications related to specific business areas with focus on Sales, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources and Legal.
He/she will liaise both with IT department and business in order to track and follow-on projects.
The candidate is also the applications reference person for related business.Key RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management and Service Management of assigned applications in coordination with IT CoE ManagerEffectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designsActing as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teamsCollect and analyse business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development teamInternal reference point and tutor about the topics in charge of him/herSupport and training the key users on system functionalitiesInterview, analyse documents, draw out requirements like workshops, surveys, visiting sites, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work-flow analysisUnderstanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirementsBenchmarking of IT solution available in the market to support specific business functions or technical tools that can improve the quality/speed of IT projects deliveryTo develop and to maintain the specific application tracking the features of the new releasesTo collect and analyse the business requirements in order to define the project scope and the business case of the projectsTo contribute to the project development for specific aspects where he/she has a very deep knowledgeProvide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the solution to meet customer's business needsCollect, evaluate, and compress data and information from multiple sources,

xysqume The gross base salary range for this role is between ****** EUR and ****** EUR.
