Together, we reach 400 million households and serve over 1,000 top retailers and brands across 27 markets, including Europe, Canada, the USA, Latin America, and Australia. /p pReady tobspark /b your growth with us? /p pWe are looking for a bSoftware Engineer /b to join our bContent Platform /b team.br/ You will maintain and evolve FAdmin, our core flyer processing system, together with the other systems the team owns: workflow executor, vendors, merchant admin, FTP sync and store admin. /p pYou will deliver roadmap work end to end, support the team on our service desk and stakeholder request boards, and work AI-first: using Claude Code and agentic coding every day to ship faster, and helping make FAdmin easier for AI agents to work on safely. /p pIf you enjoy owning a mission-critical production system, shipping quality code with a tight feedback loop, and shaping how a team develops software with AI agents, this role is for you!br/ /p ul liMaintain, evolve, and deliver roadmap features end-to-end for FAdmin and Content Platform ecosystem tools. /li liWork with an AI-first approach every day using tools like Claude Code and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and refactor codebase architecture to be agent-friendly. /li liActively support the team on the Content Layer Service Desk (CLSD) and internal Ask boards to address issues, support operations, and resolve service requests promptly. /li liWrite automated tests, participate in peer code reviews, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, high-quality deployments. /li li2 to 5 years of back-end or full-stack development experience. /li liProven production experience building and maintaining applications with Ruby on Rails. /li li2 to 5 years of solid experience working with relational databases and SQL query design. /li liDaily experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar) for planning tasks, reviewing/testing AI-generated code, and maintaining strict quality standards. /li liExperience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
