Scope Of The Role The IT System Helpdesk supports the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure. The role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies while contributing to business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.This Internship opportunity is designed for undergraduate students seeking a curricular internship or recent graduates looking to start their professional career in Information Technology and Infrastructure Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members
- Support the IT team in the management of Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, procedures, and guidelines

Key Competencies And Requirements





- Strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn
- Good proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering or related fields would be preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) would be preferred
