What you'll be doing You'll be at the front line of new business — identifying the right companies, finding the right people and starting conversations that matter. Your day will include: * Hunting for new opportunities and identifying high-potential prospects across the German-speaking market. * Creating conversations through a multi-channel approach — telephone, email and LinkedIn. * Engaging prospects and building relationships from the very first interaction. * Booking high-quality meetings and creating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team. * Understanding prospect needs and qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria. * Keeping the momentum high, managing a consistent volume of outbound activity while maintaining quality. * Owning
