Your ResponsibilitiesInvii la sua candidatura dopo aver letto i requisiti di competenza e qualifica per questa posizione, riportati di seguito.Perform root cause analysis and define containment, corrective, and preventive actions, from concept through design and implementationContribute to the definition, validation, and continuous improvement of early failure detection algorithms, diagnostics, and monitoring softwareTranslate analysis results and lessons learned into new or updated system and product requirementsAnalyze service tickets and field feedback to identify potential product and system?level issuesInvestigate system logs, connectivity issues, and software update failures to detect patterns and anomaliesDiagnose hardware, power electronics, and mechanical failures on returned unitsClassify faults according to frequency, root cause, severity, and customer impactSupport the R&D; organization in the investigation of quality claims and actively contribute to the 8D process for design?related issuesDefine and provide clear technical repair instructions to internal and external repair centers and verify the effectiveness of implemented countermeasuresCollaborate closely with the Data Science & Analysis team to leverage remotely available fleet data for system improvement and failure trend analysisYour Qualifications & SkillsMSc in Electronics Engineering or equivalent with proven knowledge of power electronics and related componentsSolid background and professional experience in R&D;, System Engineering, with a strong understanding of design, validation, and complex cross?functional processesKnowledge of C programming for embedded microcontrollers and microcontroller architecturesExperience with simulation tools for control (e.G. Matlab/Simulink or equivalent) and hardware dimensioning (e.G. SPICE or equivalent)Strong skills in problem?solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), root cause analysis, and corrective action managementFamiliarity with statistics, data analysis, ERP systems, CAD,
