Full Stack Developer – .NET / Angular

Huxe works in logistics and international shipping, with offices in several countries, and we build the software we use every day ourselves. This position is with HUXE (Italia) S.R.L., the Italian company of the Huxe Group. We’re looking for a developer to join our IT team in Italy and work across the whole platform, from the database to the user interface, in direct contact with the people who use our applications.

What you’ll do

Develop new features and fix bugs in ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET Framework 4.x applications ([MVC / Web API / WebForms]).

Build REST APIs and integrations with external systems (airlines, logistics partners, tax authorities).

Frontend development in Angular on our newer applications, and maintenance of older ones in AngularJS.

Write and update stored procedures, views and T-SQL queries on SQL Server.

Requirements

Software development experience, ideally 3+ years. We will also carefully consider candidates with less experience who have solid fundamentals and a strong desire to grow.

Good knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.

SQL: JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, transactions.

JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML and CSS.

HTTP and REST APIs.

Git (commit, branch, merge, pull request).

English: reading technical documentation and communicating with colleagues in our international offices.





Ability to analyse problems independently and to talk directly with end users.

Nice to have

Experience with Angular (components, services, RxJS) or AngularJS.

ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.

SQL Server query optimization.

SSRS reports.

Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, PowerShell.

Knowledge of the logistics / air cargo domain (air shipments, IATA standards).

Thoughtful use of AI tools in software development.

What we offer

Permanent full-time contract with HUXE (Italia) S.R.L. under Italian employment law, salary based on experience. The salary range will be shared during the first interview.

Mostly remote work, with periodic meetings at our offices.

Preferred location: southern Piedmont or the Milan Malpensa area. We also welcome applications from elsewhere in Italy.
