Shop Operations Head
to lead and optimize retail operations across a multi-store network, driving operational excellence, commercial performance and an outstanding customer experience.
This is a key leadership role for a retail professional with a strong background in store operations, inventory management and business performance, capable of translating commercial strategies into effective execution at store level.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee store operations, ensuring consistent standards, efficient processes and an excellent customer experience across all locations.
Drive sales performance and profitability by monitoring KPIs, analyzing results and implementing improvement plans.
Lead inventory management, including stock accuracy, replenishment, stocktakes, loss prevention and the management of slow-moving and obsolete products.
Develop and coordinate the retail activity calendar, including promotions, events and in-store commercial activations.
Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, operational procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and other corporate functions to optimize store performance and enhance customer engagement.
Lead and develop teams, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, retail productivity and overall business performance.
Requirements
Significant experience in Retail Operations, ideally within a multi-store or multi-site environment.
Proven track record in improving sales performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
Strong expertise in inventory management, stock control and store processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in international retail environments will be considered an advantage.

The salary range for this position is 75K-85K
The final compensation offered to the candidate and the classification level may vary based on factors that emerge during the selection process, always in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, background, and the qualifications required for the position.
