We are seeking a strategic and commercially focusedFinance Business Partnering Managerto support senior business leaders, drive financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :
Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews.
Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization across the market.
Lead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance.
Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
Lead, coach,



and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For :
Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred.
Level Quadro - CCNL Commercio.
