To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated, quality-driven and responsible Demi Sous Chef (m/f/d) who shares our passion for our 5-star farm-to-table culinary concept and supports the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in the daily kitchen operations.
Your Tasks
- Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in implementing the culinary concept
- Help ensure smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our standards
- Support the implementation of menus, specials and seasonal concepts
- Coordinate workflows between the different kitchen sections
- Guide and support members of the kitchen brigade
- Monitor mise en place, product quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Support inventory management, stock control and kitchen organisation
Your Profile
- Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in implementing the culinary concept
- Help ensure smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our standards
- Support the implementation of menus, specials and seasonal concepts
- Contribute to special culinary experiences such as the Tasting Cube and cooking classes
- Coordinate workflows between the different kitchen sections
- Guide and support members of the kitchen brigade
- Monitor mise en place, product quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Support inventory management, stock control and kitchen organisation
