Head of Delivery — freelance, remote-first, Italy

We’re hiring for a role that doesn’t exist at Reskilla yet. Its absence is costing us.

We build Archimedes, a modular ERP for SMEs. Partner channels are opening in Italy, Switzerland and the UK.

Demand isn’t the bottleneck.

The layer that turns what a customer says into a buildable spec is.

Today that layer is our CTO. We’re replacing it with you.

What you’ll own

- Requirements, in the room with business owners and ops managers
- Specs precise enough that ambiguity is a bug, not a conversation
- The delivery queue: in flight, blocked, out of scope
- Quotes in 24–48 hours
- The written standards that let AI generate new behaviour safely

Why it’s interesting

Archimedes changes at three levels: configuration, plugins, and new behaviour generated by AI and checked by a validator agent before release.



Tokens instead of senior review hours.

Those standards don’t exist yet. You write them.

How we select

We don’t care whether you use AI. We care how: which tools, which steps, what you delegate, what you refuse to, how you verify output you didn’t write, what it costs per run.

Selection includes a live trial on a real module, with a request phrased the way customers phrase them.

Terms

- Freelance (P.IVA)
- Remote-first, travel in Italy
- Direct line to the CTO and to ownership, no layers
- Stock options are on the table for this role
- No PM certifications. No specific ERP needed: we care that you’ve seen orders, invoices and inventory from the inside
