Company Description GalaxXAviationSim is an early-stage startup in the design and development phase, focused on building an innovative, high-tech flight training center. The company is developing advanced A320 and Boeing 737 simulator systems to provide cutting-edge dry leasing solutions to airlines and training organizations. Initial offerings will feature state-of-the-art FTD Level 2 simulators that comply with rigorous international standards, with a roadmap toward achieving FAA Level D and EASA Level 2/6 certifications.

In the future, GalaxXAviationSim aims to become an Approved Training Organization (ATO), delivering full pilot training courses, including type ratings and MCC programs. By combining flexible, customizable simulators with tailored services, the company intends to serve both B2B airline training centers and B2C pilot education markets.

Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan, contributing directly to the strategic, commercial, and operational foundations of GalaxXAviationSim. This individual will help shape the business model, refine the value proposition, and support investor and partner outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, leading or supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and building relationships with airlines, training organizations, and technology partners.





The Co-Founder will collaborate on product and service definition, contribute to financial planning and budgeting, and assist in preparing documentation for regulatory and certification processes. This role requires active participation in decision-making, coordination with technical teams, and hands-on involvement in early-stage startup activities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for market assessment, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for investor presentations, partner negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Sales experience with B2B clients, preferably in aviation, technology, or professional training services.
- Marketing skills, including brand positioning, digital outreach, and go-to-market planning.
- Research skills to validate concepts, identify opportunities, and track regulatory and industry developments.
- Background or strong interest in aviation, pilot training, or simulator technology is highly beneficial.
- Experience in startups, business development, or entrepreneurship, including working in early-stage, fast-changing environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in (n/a location), demonstrate initiative, and collaborate as a founding team member.
