Business Analyst – Finance

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst in one of our opportunities in the Finance and IT Consulting industry in Italy?

? Your missions?

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and detailed specifications.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, track project progress and maintain project documentation.
- Participate in workshops, meetings and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring that delivered functionalities meet the defined requirements.

✍️ Your profile?

- Degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
- Mandatory experience in Finance-related environments or Finance projects.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence, with experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Previous experience in financial services, banking or other finance-related transformation projects would be a plus.




- Experience working in Agile environments would be an advantage.

Contract opportunities:

- Permanent contract: REQUIRES available in Milan, Turin, Rome and Bologna.
- Freelance collaboration: available across Italy, including locations outside the cities listed above.

? Compensation & Pay Transparency

- Permanent contract: gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €43,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Freelance collaboration: daily rate ranging from €220 to €260, depending on experience and expertise.
- Applicable CCNL for permanent positions: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
- During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
