* Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans working closely with other functions (Sales Unit, Tender Team, Medical Affairs and Access team) within marketing budgets * Prepares content of Integrated commercial plans for on the market and in launch products. Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development. * Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s) * Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives * Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and other regulations. * Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.



* Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives. * Scientific, Economic, Engineering master’s degree or similar * At least 5/7 years of experience in similar role * Previous experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors * Italian and English fluency * Able to work in cross-functional and international team. * Comfortable in managing negotiation and inspiring an audience. * Accuracy and Proactivity skills * Nice to have: knowledge of digital marketing campaigns * Nice to have: Good knowledge of Analytics Tools * Nice to have: Previous experience within Biosimilar sector, hospital and tender system Compensation Structure & Criteria: Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges.
