you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: * Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection). * Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team. * Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy. * Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results. * Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.). * Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies. * Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments. * Train ne
