well-documented code and peer reviews * Refactor code to reduce technical debt and improve performance * Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience * Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to stay aligned Requisiti fondamentali * 4+ years of full-stack development experience * Strong Golang experience (essential); background in Java, Python, or JS/Node is a plus * Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes * DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform * Automated testing and familiarity with testing frameworks * Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration * Clear, effective communication and accountability * collaborative team player * proactive problem solver * effective communicator * Golang * Angular * React (optional in teams)
