Mission We are looking for an Associate Project Manager registered as a protected category candidate under ItalianLaw 68/99. The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project execution and assisting in the coordination of tasks to ensure successful project delivery. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager, the Associate Project Manager helps manage resources, monitor project timelines, and maintain effective communication among team members and clients. #LI-MB4 Key Accountabilities Project Support: * Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, defining individual tasks, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project team.



* Update project trackers and reports regularly to keep stakeholders informed of project status. Client Interaction: * Act as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing regular updates as directed by the Project Manager. * Address client queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction. * Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. Documentation: * Prepare and organize project documentation, ensuring that all records, including contracts, scope documents, and timelines, are accurate and accessible. * Track document versions and ensure compliance with company documentation standards. * Assist in creating reports and summaries for internal and client use, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Scheduling and Coordination: * Coordinate meetings, arrange logistics, and distribute agendas and minutes to relevant stakeholders
