FP&A; Planning & Insights Lead Location: European HQ in Vimercate (MB). Responsibilities * Coordinate preparation and presentation of executive-level reports and financial reviews, synthesizing data from various departments and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and integrity across scenarios and alignment with business goals. * Act as a key finance partner to business controlling functions, leading ad‑hoc analysis and strategic assessments to support decision‑making. * Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in FP&A; processes, tools, and reporting. * Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture within the function. Qualifications * 8–10 years of experience in FP&A;, controlling, or finance roles, preferably in a multinational industrial company or consulting firm. * Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting processes. * Solid understanding of financial modeling, business analytics,



and performance management. Technical Skills * Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with Power BI, VBA‑programming, or other BI tools. * Familiarity with Oracle EPM suite (SmartView, Essbase) strongly preferred. * Knowledge of Microsoft Access and ThinkCell is a plus. Soft Skills * Teamwork oriented, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders. * Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach and attention to detail. * High level of analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability. * Strong project management skills and capability to drive cross‑functional initiatives. Employment Type Permanent contract; full‑time. Compensation Minimum gross annual salary: €60,000.
