* Trilingual Executive Assistant (Italian, English, German) * Family office operating in Milano, Munich, Luxembourg, and the U.S Azienda A small-sized company specializing in financial services, focused on delivering tailored solutions to clients. The organization values professionalism, precision, and efficiency in its operations. Offerta Your responsibilities will include the following tasks: * Setting up and organizing efficient office management and a systematic filing system * Implementing accounting and payroll systems in collaboration with an auditing firm * Independent correspondence with business partners in German and English * Preparation and follow-up for advisory board and supervisory board meetings: organizing meetings, including coordinating schedules for all participants, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes and summaries * Close coordination with the assistant in Munich: schedule management, travel management * Support with day-to-day operations (organizational and administrative)
