We are looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Milano Spiaga Sales * Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience * Actively contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets * Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand's story and unique character to customers * Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up Customer Service * Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction * Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally Operations & Visual Merchandising * Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment * Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines * Assist with stock management and inventory * Follow payment and POS procedures Profile * You love APM Monaco * You are passionate about sales * You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills * Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus * You are organised, dynamic and eager to learn * You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
