* Support in establishing the Legal & Compliance function, as well as in the further development and maintenance of our management system * Analysis and assessment of compliance issues and risks, as well as identification of necessary actions and implementation recommendations * Participation in risk analyses, as well as the creation and maintenance of guidelines, processes, and documentation * Preparing and following up on compliance initiatives, as well as coordinating with internal represantatives * Coordinating and conducting internal training sessions, as well as providing support for internal inquiries and case-by-case reviews * Preparing for, supporting, and following up on internal and external inspections and audits You are a good fit if you have: * A completed degree in law (LL.B./state examination)
