You’ll support the Sales organization to drive sales and services for designated products, translating Italian market needs to supply factories. The role involves analyzing markets, guiding marketing actions, and engaging with customers through visits, seminars, and presentations. You will work cross-functionally to enable profitable growth and close collaboration with local teams. Retribuzione / Benefits * flexible working hours * hybrid work options * wellbeing support for employees and families * welfare plan with personalized services * canteen or meal vouchers * compensation including company productivity premio Responsabilità * Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy and define value propositions and positioning * Support sales in achieving volumes and profitable growth targets * Analyze customer needs and competitors to shape marketing actions and communicate product value * Oversee sales execution by providing materials and guidance to the Sales teams * Participate in sales strategy discussions and plan actions with specific channels and segments * Provide monthly forecasts for production planning and propose recovery plans for shortfalls * Regularly visit customers and conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in a similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative in cross-functional teams * Willingness to travel within Italy * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) * excellent communication * interpersonal skills * team collaboration * customer orientation * presentation and public speaking * Microsoft Office applications
