Key Responsibilities * Carrying out a range of administrative tasks in the area of HR, including the maintenance of proper attendance and leaving employees records and assisting the payroll department in daily duties; * Support HR division in policy formulation and salary administration; * Working knowledge of labor cost analysis, budgeting, and personnel expense tracking; * Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries; * Supporting the development and review of new and existing policies
