Pubblicato il 15-10-2026 - LBG Sicilia Ingredients in SiciliaRESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI CHI CERCHIAMO COSA OFFRIAMO SEDE E MOBILITÀ —-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ABOUT US LBG Sicilia is an Italian company and a global leader in the production of locust bean gum and functional ingredients for the food industry. 25+ years of experience Global leader in locust bean gum production 90+ countries reached by our products 100% focused on functional ingredients for the food industry Research, innovation and sustainability are at the heart of our development KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop formulations and carry out R&D; activities in the application laboratory, using pilot plants and analytical equipment; * Manage customers from a technical perspective in relation to Texturant/Stabilizer Systems; * Identify customer needs and translate them into effective solutions; * Collaborate with the R&D; department to develop and implement innovative solutions; * Achieve the financial targets set for the relevant sales channel; * Develop local contacts and commercial agreements to support the company’s international growth; * Support the sales team; * Identify, manage and expand the portfolio of Key Customers; * Consolidate the existing customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities in Italy and abroad, both within and outside the EU; * Gather market intelligence and define strategic objectives for business development; * Collaborate with different company departments to facilitate the achievement of shared objectives. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field; * Solid experience (at least 3–5 years) in B2B sales of food ingredients, with a specific focus on hydrocolloids and functional systems; * Excellent command of technical and business English; * Willingness to travel and a strong results-oriented mindset.
