JOB PURPOSE The Logistic Administrator will join Burberry's logistics team in Scandicci. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth and accurate flow of goods across our supply chain by managing key logistics documentation,



supporting warehouse operationsand maintaining data integrity across business systems. Your work will play an important part in delivering operational excellence and enabling products to move efficiently through our network RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate logistics and transport data across ERP and warehouse management systems. Prepare and process shipping, transport and customs-related documentation to support inbound and outbound operations. Create and manage invoices, pro-forma invoices and associated commercial documentation. Support warehouse and distribution activities by coordinating documentation for dispatches, returns and inventory-related processes. Monitor logistics administration processes, identify discrepancies and help resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Partner with the Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to ensure efficient, compliant and timely movement of goods across the supply chain. PERSONAL PRO
