Overview Engineering Tech Lead to guide the threat intelligence platform team. You will be a hands-on leader, combining active technical contribution with people, delivery, and strategic direction. You’ll shape a small, growing team within a cross-functional group of frontend, backend, full-stack, and security engineers, focusing on AI-native development to move fast and raise quality. You’ll drive outcomes that protect customers at scale and mentor engineers while advancing architectural choices and product delivery. deadlines, and risk management * Stay hands-on with AI-assisted and agentic development to design, prototype, test, and ship features * Build software products that protect customers from attacks and fraud at scale Requisiti fondamentali * Fluency with modern AI development tools and agentic workflows * Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering complex products end-to-end * Experience leading or mentoring engineers and a genuine interest in people growth * Strong ownership of Agile ways of working and tooling (Scrum, Kanban, Jira) * Solid command of version control (git) and PR/git-flow practices * Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices * Experience with containers and CI/CD tools * Solid grasp of testing methodologies and automation libraries * Leadership and people development * Ownership and accountability * Cross-functional collaboration * Go * TypeScript *
