Overview As Senior Planner at Webuild, you will lead the planning and scheduling for international, on-site projects, ensuring alignment with contractual deadlines and optimal resource use. You will shape baseline programmes, monitor progress with Earned Value, and drive interventions to keep projects on track. You collaborate with Contract, Cost Control, Purchasing and Production to integrate plans and support decision-making. This role offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure and the chance to impact delivery in a global, multi-disciplinary environment. Responsabilità * Develop and update the baseline work programme using CPM, defining sequences, resources and milestones * Monitor progress and deviations with Earned Value analysis * Link activities to BoQ items to forecast revenues, cash flow,
and resource needs for levelling/optimisation * Identify risks and delays; run simulations and define mitigations and recovery plans * Integrate project WBS for construction changes * Support other departments in detailed planning activities and verify baseline compliance * Prepare progress reports for Project Management and Client Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in Engineering * 5-7 years of relevant experience in large complex infrastructure * Fluent English * Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS, and advanced Excel * Knowledge of WBS, Gantt, Earned Value, CPM, and S-Curve * Good knowledge of Office and AutoCAD * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to manage personal stress * Strong collaborative skills * Primavera P6 * MS Project * TILOS
