This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities in a high‐automation department,
ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production and automation systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards * Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime * Deal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) in order to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyze problems and facilitate the conduction of machines * Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity * Track and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues * Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations * Supervise, motivate, an
