Overview In this role, you drive property-level marketing and communications to boost brand image and guest engagement across traditional, digital, and social channels. You’ll coordinate with regional teams to align local campaigns with broader selling efforts, focusing on food and beverage promotions and revenue impact. You’ll balance marketing, eCommerce, and PR activities to support the property’s sales and revenue strategy while leveraging regional partnerships for cohesive campaigns. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment with a clear impact on guest experience and market presence. Responsabilità * Execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with leadership and cluster teams. * Collaborate with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales to run promotions that drive incremental revenue from in-house guests. * Liaise with advertising agencies on creative and media plans for F&B; promotions. * Manage F&B; media schedules and ensure timely settlements. * Coordinate with Revenue Management on offer loading and audience targeting.
* Execute email marketing and display advertising. * Maintain alignment with the Cluster eCommerce manager on online programs and performance. * Ensure digital advertising aligns with brand voice. * Develop and manage social media content and promotions for F&B;, events, and services. * Oversee PR plans, media contracts, press releases, and events; coordinate photography and collateral; manage external vendors and media buys. * Support PR-led coverage through regional teams and ensure monthly clippings reports. Requisiti fondamentali * 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major plus 4 years in sales/marketing/digital fields, preferably in hospitality marketing or digital advertising * Or a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Business with 2 years in marketing-related work; hospitality experience preferred * collaboration * communication * project management * email mark
