* Act as the primary functional point of contact for Finance and PPM business stakeholders in Italy. * Conduct workshops and discussions with business users to understand current processes, pain points, requirements, and future-state needs. * Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. * Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP functional solutions. * Challenge existing processes where appropriate and recommend Oracle-standard or optimized business processes. * Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams. * Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documents. * Drive requirement sign-offs and obtain necessary business approvals. Oracle Finance Functional Responsibilities * General Ledger (GL) * Accounts Payable (AP) * Accounts Receivable (AR) * Fixed Assets (FA) * Cash Management * Tax * Intercompany * Period close and reconciliation processes * Understand end-to-end Finance processes and their integration with other ERP modules.
* Define and validate functional configurations and business process solutions. * Support functional design, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Oracle PPM Responsibilities * Strong understanding of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes and functionality. * Experience with areas such as: o Project Costing o Project Accounting o Project Management o Project Contracts o Project budgeting and forecasting * Understand the integration between PPM and core Finance processes. * Work with business teams to define and validate project accounting and project financial requirements. ERP Implementation & Migration * Participate in and/or lead Oracle ERP implementation and transformation projects. * Experience working through the full ERP implementation lifecycle, including: o Requirement gathering o Fit-gap analysis o Configuration o Testing o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
