Overview In this role you drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a fast-growing multinational setting. You’ll manage plant CAPEX projects and collaborate across functions to boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You’ll monitor KPIs, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to the Quality Management System and safety standards. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape process performance and project delivery in a highly collaborative environment. Responsabilità * Analyze and optimize production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements * Manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning and define technical/production specifications for investments * Support preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure spare parts availability * Collaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and safety compliance * Participation in equipment, machinery,
and process validation and support root-cause analysis for production/quality issues * Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and related safety/environment procedures Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor’s or Master in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering * Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic or chemical industries * Familiarity with PLCs and basic programming logic * Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset * Proficiency in English, strong cross-functional collaboration abilities * strong analytical thinking * problem-solving * cross-functional collaboration * PLCs and basic programming logic * data-driven process improvement * CAPEX project management
