The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company. Your Tasks * Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities addressing key pain points such as automation, analytics, NLP, and generative AI * Define and prioritize use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and implementation effort * Design scalable AI solutions and prototypes, ensuring cross-portfolio reusability * Oversee implementation, including vendor selection, team coordination,
and technical validation * Develop toolkits and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption and enablement across Mutares and its portfolio companies Your Profile * Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineeringor a similar field with outstanding results * At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in business contexts, delivering large-scale AI or digital transformation projects in leading management consulting firms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach * Strong understanding of machine learning, LLMs, MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP) * Business fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner * Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international envi
