Position: Agricultural Worker Location: Verona, Trento or Bologna, Italy Contract: Full-time employment contract – 24 months Salary: From EUR 1,300 per month, subject to applicable Italian taxes, statutory deductions and employment contract terms. Key Responsibilities: * Planting and harvesting crops * Irrigation support * Produce handling and packing * Farm cleaning and maintenance * General agricultural duties assigned by the employer Candidate Requirements: * Age: 21–45 years * Valid passport with sufficient validity * Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor work * Previous agricultural, farming, gardening,



greenhouse or general labour experience is preferred but not mandatory * Willingness to work in varying weather conditions * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Willingness to complete the 24-month employment contract * Employer-arranged accommodation * Medical insurance in accordance with Italian regulations * Overtime opportunities where available * Workplace safety guidance and requirements Application Process: Shortlisted candidates will proceed through document verification, employer assessment, visa processing and pre-departure procedures.
