In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption. KeyResponsibilities * Lead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams,
including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution * Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges, including Entra ID (Azure AD), domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management * Utilize QuestonDemand Migration, Migration Manager, or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects * Assess andoptimizeMicrosoft 365 licensing models to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements * Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies * Support Microsoft Copilot adoption and governance whileprovidingbest-practice guidance to customers and internal stakeholders * Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, and risk mi
