* Ottima occasione * Hospitality Azienda New opening Opportunità * Operational management and service supervision * Monitoring of KPIs, food cost, labour cost and financial performance * Management, training and development of a team of approximately 20-25 people * Customer experience and service quality * Business development and achievement of targets * Working closely with the management team on the development and evolution of the project Competenze ed esperienza * Solidexperience managing structuredrestaurants, restaurant chains or organisedfood & beveragegroups * Strong business and profitability mindset * Excellent leadership skills, energy and the ability to engage and motivate teams * Entrepreneurial approach and strong results orientation * International experience is a significant plus * Previous experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets will be considered a strong advantage Completa l'offerta * Rabat, Morocco * Opening: December 2026 * Permanent contract * Net salary: €2,300-€2,700 per month + housing allowance
