- As the Manager, People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives and day-to-day HR support for our Pharmacy teams
- This role reports into the People team and serves as the primary People Partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team, helping align business goals with talent strategies
- Acting as a trusted and collaborative advisor, you will build strong relationships across functions, bring sound judgment to complex employee matters, and ensure alignment with broader People team programs and policies
