h3JOB SUMMARY /h3pTo ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and overseeing the operating equipment inventory. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3Administration /h3ulliOversees the preparation and update of individual departmental operations manuals. /liliConducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary. /liliProvides the materials department with detailed product and purchase specifications for items used in the outlet. /li /ulh3Guest Satisfaction /h3ulliEnsures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. /liliEnsures that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. /liliHandles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.



/liliMaintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. /liliSpends time in the operation (during peak periods) to ensure that it is managed well by the respective Stewarding associates and functions to the fullest expectations. /li /ulh3Operations /h3ulliEnsures that minimum brand standards have been implemented. /liliEnsures that Food and Beverage Essentials are implemented. /liliWorks closely with other Food and Beverage Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. /liliEnsures that Stewarding associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of "We work through Teams". /liliIs hands-on and present at all times in the operation, especially during busy periods. /liliEstablishes and strictly controls inventories and par stocks in the operation f
