Sede: Cernusco Lombardone, LC, IT ------------------------------------------ * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage systems and core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. * Manage Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, access permissions and monitoring, in accordance with corporate IT standards. * Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. * Manage hybrid identities and access through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including synchronization, multifactor authentication and Conditional Access. * Manage endpoint configuration, compliance and software deployment through Microsoft Intune, working with the help desk team. * Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity; investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. * Maintain backup and recovery processes,
verify backup completion and perform regular restore tests to support business continuity and disaster recovery. * Apply operating system updates, security patches and configuration hardening in coordination with corporate IT and security teams. * Support LAN, WAN, VPN and firewall connectivity, collaborating with network specialists and external providers. * Automate recurring administration tasks using PowerShell and maintain technical documentation, configuration records and operating procedures. * Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and service improvements, assessing operational impact and following change management procedures. * Provide second-level technical support and coordinate escalations to vendors and corporate IT teams.
