Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability of all aircraft media and classified material assigned to the unit while on duty.
- Format and load aircraft media as requested.
- Assemble media sign out logs for each aircraft go.
- Ensure sign out procedures are complied with IAW squadron SOPs.
- Ensure all pilots and WSOs comply with weapons read file signoffs prior to issuing media.
- Execute Weapon Storage Vault (WSV) procedures IAW SOP.
- Download WSV onto computer systems as requested.
- Pass P5 puck data to the Top 3 for Range Training Officer (RTO) operations.
- Download weapons events and print employment sheets.
- Joint Anti-Air Model (JAAM) shots as requested by flight leads.
- Download low-fly NOTAM’s and Royal flight information and update as required.
- Upload low-fly flight plans into appropriate system to ensure de-confliction with otheraircraft low-flying in the same low fly areas. Pass low-fly booking number to flight lead inperson upon step or via Top 3 if required. Update changes to low-fly entry time asrequired based off aircraft delay.
- Ensure security of the vault and materials within are up to date and logged appropriately.
