Overview In this role you will apply strategic consulting to major Pharma, Medical Device and Healthcare players, shaping commercial models, omnichannel transformations, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-border teams on cutting-edge Life Sciences projects, contributing to proposals and building reusable methodologies. You’ll lead end-to-end workstreams, coach analysts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders in a multinational environment. and delivering client recommendations * Coordinate and coach analysts and consultants within the stream to ensure high-quality outputs * Manage client counterparts autonomously at middle management level and lead client conversations with senior stakeholders * Contribute to proposals, scope extensions and client development alongside managers and partners * Help build reusable assets, methodologies, and thought leadership for the practice * Engage in engagements such as commercial model design, field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign, and omnichannel transformation * Deploy AI use-cases across commercial and medical operations and assess value creation Requisiti fondamentali * 5+ years of experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences projects in international contexts * Background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; Master’s or MBA a plus * Fluent in English; third language (French, Spanish, German) a plus * Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into workable plans * Proven track record of running workstream
